1 Standard Spinal Orthotics

Available: Regular, ¾", or Full Length, Deluxe Top Cover

Use: Designed for normal daily use, depending on length, in any dress shoe. Used to align the body from heel to toe and to control pronation or supination.

Structure: Manufactured on a flexible thin leather base, cushioned heel pad, with rubber longitudinal arch support, plastazote special beveled metatarsal bar, and standard tan deluxe top cover. And held in place with supplied Velcro® fasteners.

2 Ladies Dress Orthotics w/ Shock Heel

Available: Regular, or ¾ Deluxe Top Cover or 1/8" Pillow Top.

Use: Velcro® fasteners hold orthotics in all ladies flats, high heels, sling-backs, sandals, etc. Designed extra narrow to fit the modern contours of ladies dress shoes, is flared out between the 1st and 5th metatarsals for full balance, providing support of the arch and control pronation or supination of the heel.

Structure: Manufactured on a flexible thin leather base, Deep heel seat of Shock Heel on reinforced base for positive control, with rubber longitudinal arch support, Plastazote special beveled metatarsal bar, and standard deluxe top cover or pillow top. And held in place with supplied Velcro® Fasteners.

3 Men's Dress Orthotics w/ Shock Heel

Available: Regular, or ¾ Deluxe Top Cover or 1/8" Pillow Top

Use: Used in all men's dress shoes, loafers, casual, etc… Designed for the full width contour of men's shoes and is flared out between the 1st and 5th metatarsals for full balance, providing support of the arch and control pronation or supination of the heel.

5 All Sports Orthotics

Available: 3/4" or Full Length, 1/8" Blue Pillow Top

Use: For occupations demanding extra cushioning or normal athletic activities. Golfing, Running, Walking, Soccer, Tennis, Skiing, Roller Blading, etc...

Structure: Manufactured on a flexible thin leather base, SH full heel for extra cushioning plus an extra 1/16" of springlite heel padding, with rubber longitudinal arch support, Plastazote special beveled metatarsal bar, Pillow Top Cover. Held in place with supplied Velcro® fasteners.

Note: These orthotics must be used in sport shoes with removable inner soles.

5A Sports SOCCER

Available: Regular, or ¾ Deluxe Top Cover

Use:Orhotic has been designed narrow to fit in all soccer shoes, cleets, and running spikes. It has been fitted with a triad metatarsal bar to better performance during activity

5B Sports SPIKE

Available: Regular, or ¾ Deluxe Top Cover

Use: Spike Orhotic has been designed narrow to fit in all soccer shoes, cleets, and running spikes. It has been fitted with a triad metatarsal bar to better performance during activity

Structure: Manufactured on a flexible thin leather base, Deep heel seat of Shock Heel on reinforced base for positive control, with rubber longitudinal arch support, Plastazote special beveled metatarsal bar and standard deluxe top cover or Pillow Top. 6 High Stress Sports Orthotics – (Water Proof)

Available: Full Length only with 1/8" Blue Pillow Top

Use: For high impact sports or when extra shock absorption is needed for the full plantar surface of the foot. Such as Aerobics, Basketball, Tennis, Running, Raquetball, etc…

Structure: Manufactured on a 1/8" Nickel-Plast base for double shock absorption, SH full heel for extra cushioning, with rubber longitudinal arch support, Plastazote special beveled metatarsal bar, and Pillow Top Cover. Held in place with supplied Velcro® fasteners.

Note: These orthotics must be used in sport shoes with removable inner soles.

Cushion Flex Geriatric Orthotics

Available: Full Length Only

Use: Full-length orthotics designed for the 50+ age group that cannot tolerate a full control sports model. It's a lightweight long lasting cushioned orthotics with good support and flexibility. Good for walking and light sports activity.

Structure: Manufactured on a 1/8" Microcel Puff base from heel to toe for soft support and a 1/8" beveled Puff heel support to correct pronation or supination. Hand-made Puff longitudinal arch support, Plastazote special beveled metatarsal bar, and Puff Top Cover.

#5 All Sports Orthotic
